This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of registering false case under the provisions of IPC offences.

2. Heard Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of third respondent. The investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Asthampatti, Salem and the same is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.287 of 2022. 2/4

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
