PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent police to secure the Accused-2 Mrs.Dhanalakshmi, W/o.Rajasekar in Crime No.603 of 2019 on the file of respondent police. O R D E R

By an order dated 10.06.2019, this Court had granted bail to A.Dhanalakshmi on certain conditions, including to furnish sureties and deposit a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs and appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. 2.The order states that in case any of the conditions or violated, the learned Judicial Magistrate/trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the said Dhanalakshmi in accordance with law. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that none of the conditions imposed by this Court are complied by the aforesaid Dhanalakshmi.

3.While that being so, the Magistrate would be entitled to take appropriate action against the said Dhanalakshmi in accordance with law laid down in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hon'ble Apex Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].

4.In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the learned Magistrate to take appropriate action against the aforesaid Dhanalakshmi in accordance with law for violation of the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14552 of 2019, as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala referred supra, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
