Metilda Glory Prabu v. The Suepritendent Of Police

H.C.P. No.1655 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN, J., In continuation of the earlier order of this court dated 24.01.2024, Dr.Tr.N.Manivannan, I.P.S, Superintendent of Police, Vellore, was present before us and also filed a Status Report. In the Status Report he has detailed the steps taken by the investigation team to trace the missing girl. We are satisfied in the manner in which the investigation is proceeded and hence, we intend to give further time to the respondents to complete the investigation.

2. The physical presence of Dr.Tr.N.Manivannan, I.P.S, Superintendent of Police, Vellore, for future hearing, is dispensed with.
