DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 25.06.2024 without fail. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and no previous case is pending against the petitioner.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and also considering that the nature of offences, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 8859 of 2024 in Para No.3 of the order dated 25.06.2024 to that effect;

"that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of the English Calender month at 10.30 am for three months".

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
