ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9456 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

The petitioners are A2 to A4 in Crime No. 9 of 2025 and earlier, they along with A1, have filed anticipatory bail petitions before this Court and this Court by an order dated 01.04.2025 had granted anticipatory bail to A1 to A4 with a condition that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties and further conditions that the said Mukundan/A1 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The said Mukundan had executed the sureties and also complied with the conditions and his relaxation petition was also modified thereafter.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were under the impression that since the case is primarily against A1 and the defacto complainant and also that their advocate had also not insisted to execute the sureties and further one of their family members were ill and they have failed to execute the sureties. He further submitted that the petitioners are now ready to execute the sureties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also 2/4

considering the fact the primary dispute is between the defacto complainant and A1 and the petitioners are family members of A1, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9456 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension will be granted.
