Crl.M.P. No.12143 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.16604 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the alternative day at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16604 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
