The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that in respect of the disputes between the Applicants and the respondent Association, a learned Arbitrator has already been appointed and the proceedings are to be commenced shortly. The Applicant herein has the benefit of an interim order right from 04.09.2024. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the said Application can be converted under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator and the learned Arbitrator shall decide the same in accordance with law after https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

affording a fair opportunity to both the parties.

2. According to the learned counsel for the Applicant, the order dated 04.09.2024 is being violated by the respondent. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to move an appropriate Application for violation, if any.
