ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8540 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4673 of 2025 in Crime No.698 of 2024 dated 28.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8540 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4673 of 2025, 28.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders is relaxed.
