The petitioner herein seeks a direction to fourth respondent to consider his representation dated 05.06.2024 and to correct the mistakes in revenue records in respect of the property situated in Survey No.424/5, Manakollai Village, Mangalampettai Sub-Division, Vriddhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the above mentioned property and patta for the said property also issued in the name of the petitioner in patta No.337. Later, in respect of the same property, patta was wrongly issued in the name of the seventh respondent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the third respondent on 19.06.2024 seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the seventh respondent. It is further stated by the petitioner, though enquiry has been completed by the fourth respondent, till date, no final order was passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that further enquiry notice has been issued on 14.10.2024 fixing the date of enquiry on 23.10.2024 and hence, the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to 3/6
to complete the enquiry and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
