Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Inspector of Police namely, the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the offenders on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2016 as per law and provide protection to the petitioner and his family members by opening the house which is illegally locked at Malaiyarasu Kuppam and allow them to live and lead peaceful life.
