This Court, while permitting the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, granted her liberty to file a revision petition under Section 21 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, before the Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Chennai-600 034. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the petitioner has also filed a revision petition and it was dismissed.

2. In the light of the same, this Court is of the considered view that no case has been made out for contempt and therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is so advised and if it is available to her under law, she is always at liberty to challenge the order dismissing the revision petition in accordance with law before the competent forum.
