These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
2.Mr.K.Prasanna, learned counsel representing M/s.S.Mukund R.Pandiyan, takes notice for the 1st respondent and submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering these petitions.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent.
4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 42 days is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
