The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Section 506[ii] of IPC on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] would submit that the case is registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294[b] and 323 of IPC, which are bailable offences.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
