This petition has been filed for extension of time for 15 days to comply with the order dated 10.07.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16073 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the order within time since the postal address was wrongly mentioned and thereby copy of the order was not delivered in time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
