The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 4(b) in order dated 14.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13117 of 2024 directing the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 am and also for every hearing without fail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
