This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.27 of 2017 on the file of first respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the submission of investigation filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.114 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kancheepuram and it is pending for trial.
