This petition has been filed for extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.No.9550/2024 to the petitioners vide order dated 18.04.2024 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioners are unable to comply with order due to financial reasons, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
