This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.14477 of 2024 on 24.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and considering that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar Month for a period of three months.
