This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to return the keys of vehicles bearing registration Nos.TN 61 P 6349, TN 61 P 4890, TN 61 P 9301 and TN 61 Q 9527 to the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the keys are in their custody itself.
3.As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition, and accordingly the criminal original petition stands closed.
