This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 21.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2253 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11149 of 2023, viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first week of every Monday at 10:30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter shall appear before the trial Court during the hearing dates.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
