These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- Application No.4510 of 2021 has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 and 2, seeking permission to file joint Venture Agreements dated 26.02.2010.

2. Application No.4511 of 2021 has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 & 2, to recall D.W.1 and to give further evidence.

3. Application No.4512 of 2021 has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 & 2, to re-open the defendants' side evidence.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants seeking permission to withdraw

all the above applications and also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. In view of the above, the applications are dismissed as "not pressed". Already, evidence has been recorded in C.S.No.32 of 2018.

6. At request of learned counsel for both the parties, list the matter on 25.04.2022, for arguments.
