2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey his property situated in S.Nos.109/11B2 and 111/2A at Palaiyapattinam Village, Kammapuram Panchayat, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, by considering his application dated 06.01.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 based on the written instructions submitted that survey of the petitioner's property in S.Nos. 109/11B2 and 111/2A was completed in the presence of the petitioner.
