Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first saturday of every month 10.30 a.m., until further orders in CRL.M.P.No.11974 of 2021 in CRL.O.P.No.18809 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C. PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11974 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18809 of 2021 on 26.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
