This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to file the certified copy of Ex.B-15 namely Sale Deed dated 08.02.2007 registered as document No.672/2007 executed in favour of the petitioner and direct the Registry to return back Ex.B-15 namely the Original Sale deed dated 08.02.2007 registered as Document No.672/2007 executed in favour of the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

20.12.2022 2/2 Lpp Note : Registry is directed to substitute Ex.B15 on receipt of the certified copy of the sale deed.
