PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or any other order in the form of Writ directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.01.2022 for survey the land about 40 cents in Nolambur Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai, Old Survey No.162/1, 162/2, New Survey No.359 and direct them to intimate the same within the stipulated period.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2022 to survey the land, the third respondent has not considered the same yet.

4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the adjacent land owners of the petitioner's land, within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
