Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to disburse the amount of Rs.19,93,763/- with interest being the retirement benefits of the petitioner due and payable to him as per the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.383/16 Saba dated 04.04.2019 in pursuant to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.32102 of 2018, in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired from service as Secretary from the fourth respondent Society on 31.01.2013. Subsequent to the date of the petitioner's retirement to till date, the petitioner was paid a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- being EPF amount, a sum of Rs.18,699/- toward security deposit and a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards arrears of salary. Apart from the above amounts, till date, no other benefits have been paid to the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that within six weeks, the eligible terminal benefits will be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law.

On the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
