Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Avadi, Chennai not to harass and humiliate the petitioners herein on the pretext of enquiry in Crime No.6 of 2022 by misusing their official power in any manner in future. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1/3
second respondent not to harass and humiliate the petitioners herein on the pretext of enquiry in Crime No.6 of 2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioners are arrayed as A4 and A5 in Crime No.6 of 2022 and the investigation is pending before the second respondent.
4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the second respondent.
