The writ petition has been filed declaring the action of the respondent in not issuing the tender schedule relating to the tender notice signed on 19.11.2021 as illegal and direct the respondents to conduct the tender afresh.

Even in the noting dated 02.12.2021, the learned Single Judge had observed that the date and time of receipt of tender schedule was fixed at 3.00 p.m., on 02.12.2021 and the date and time for receipt of filled tender form at 5.00 p.m., on 02.12.2021. Time had long since lapsed. The date has long since lapsed in the year 2024. No further examination of the facts are required. 3.In the result, writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
