This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 885 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, respondent neither appeared nor represented through his counsel.

4. The petitioner would state that due to administrative formalities, the delay of 885 days occurred. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit appears to be reasonable and acceptable.
