ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family at No.7/370, Second street,Kamarajar Salai, Kovilambakkam, Chennai - 600 129, forthwith.

2.It is seen from the complaint that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent in respect of the disputed property. Therefore, for civil dispute, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
