This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 463 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.15/2017 dated 07.11.2020 on the file of Sessions Court, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
