This petition is filed to condone the delay of 3022 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the second respondent in Appeal Suit No.754 of 2012 in the place of the deceased/first respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Appeal Suit No.754 of 2012.
