O R D E R

This application has been filed by the applicant to amend the Testator's name as K.N.Ramachandra Rao instead of K.N.Ramachandran as per the records, in the above said O.P.No.620 of 2024, petition, and where ever it

appears in the said O.P. No. 620 of 2024.

2. According to the applicant, the name of the Testator is Ramachandran Rao, but in the application his name has been mentioned as Ramachandran. Therefore, this application has been filed to change the name of the applicant as Ramachandra Rao.

3. Other side has no objection.

4. This Court has also perused the records. In the Will as well as in the legal heirship certificate, the name of the deceased Testator was mentioned as K.N.Ramachandra Rao.

5. Therefore, considering the above stated reasons, this petition is allowed.

6. For carrying out the amendment and for filing the amended Petition

copy, post the matter on 17.12.2025.
