The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to file a final report for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 447, 294(b), 506(ii) & 379 (N.P.) IPC in connection with Cr.No.2301 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. As per the order of this Court dated 01.03.2016, the respondent/Investigating Officer is present today before this Court.
3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that charge sheet has been filed by the respondent in C.C.No.55 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
