O R D E R
[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz. S.Karthik. She has come up with this Petition seeking production of the detenu.

The Status Report dated 18.09.2019 filed by the 2nd Respondent reveals that the detenu has borrowed money from several persons. After absconding initially, he came back without diclosing himself. Once his identity was revealed, he was questioned by the borrowers including his sister. Thereafter, he once again escaped.

In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed. However, the investigation shall go on and as and when the detenu is traced, he shall be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
