2. The learned counsel for the petitioners had produced a copy of the memo filed by the petitioners herein dated 08.11.2019, stating that the C.C.No.111 of 2016 was renumbered as D.V.C.No.110 of 2017.

3. Recording the statement made in the memo and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 07.11.2019, the C.C.No.111 of 2016 mentioned in the order shall stand substituted as D.V.C.No.110 of 2017. The memo dated 08.11.2019 shall also form part of the order.

3. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 07.11.2019. shall remain intact.
