This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.06.2025 and to grant lease of fishing rights in Ayambakkam Lake under the jurisdiction of Thiruvallur District Fish Farmers Development Agency based on the order passed by this Court in a batch of cases inW.P.No.6819/2023 etc. dated 21.06.2023.

2. Heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised by the petitioner and also taking note of the earlier order passed by this Court in a batch of cases in W.P.No.6819/2023 etc. dated 21.06.2023, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
