ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.07.2022, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.80/SPPGK/QIPs/2022 and closed on the undertaking given by the parties that they seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
