/ 2 / Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint Mr.KISHOR NAUTIYAL, Authorized Agent of the applicant as a Receiver to seize and take possession of the subject schedule vehicle more fully described in the Schedule of the Judge's Summons from the premises of the Respondents or wherever found with police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed to appoint Mr.Kishor Nautiyal, Authorized Agent of the Applicant, as a Receiver to seize and take possession of the subject schedule vehicle morefully described in the schedule to the Judge's Summons from the premises of the respondent or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that already award has been passed.

3. In such view of the matter, It is for the applicant to enforce the award as per law.
