Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.310/A7/2021 dated 25.02.2021, actually served on the petitioner dated 22.11.2021 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders for transfer and posting the petitioner in the existing vacancy to the post of Headmaster in Panchayat Union Primary School, Periya Gollapatti, Karimangalam Union, Dharmapuri District, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, and to pass orders.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and perused the records.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the respondents claim to have transferred the petitioner again to Panchayat Union Primary School, Jothipatti School in the year 2025 as per the copy of the proceedings dated 21.01.2026 furnished to him. 2/5

The learned counsel for the petitioner thus submits that since the respondents by the copy of the proceedings dated 21.01.2026 claim that the petitioner having been transferred back to Panchayat Union Primary School, Jothipatti School, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are necessary.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed before this Court, the copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer (Primary Education), Harur on 21.01.2026 for perusal of the Court.

5. The copy of the aforesaid proceeding is taken on record. Since, the respondents by the aforesaid proceedings claim that the petitioner having been transferred back to Panchayat Union Primary School, Jothipatti School in the year 2025, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed further with the writ petition.
