This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is taken on file in P.R.C.No.39 of 2015.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
