This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1512 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.

18997 of 2022 dated 07.02.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
