Mr.P.Srinivas, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent Greater Chennai Corporation would submit that the subject property is falling within the territorial jurisdiction of Tambaram Corporation. Therefore, they have no jurisdiction to initiate action. Despite the opportunity provided by this Court, the petitioner has not taken efforts to amend the cause title. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition impleading all necessary parties enabling this Court to consider the issues on merits.
