This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10817 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13125 of 2020 dated 25.10.2021 to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10817 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13125 of 2020 dated 25.10.2021 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
