The petitioner's name was not included in the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's husband Late.Subba Rao. The petitioner therefore, had moved the Revenue Divisional Officer, the first respondent herein with a representation dated 21.06.2023 and the same is pending with the first respondent.

2.Ms.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The first respondent is now required to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after holding such necessary enquiry as he may deem fit and also hear all of those who are likely to be affected by his decision and dispose of the matter within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
