This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioners shall report before the CBCID North Head Quarters, Guindy, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners, by order dated 13.04.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.6519 of 2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the the CBCID North Head Quarters, Guindy, on 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
