Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2021 for regularisation of his service as Forest Watcher on par with his junior Mr.P.Durairaj with effect from 24.01.1995 as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.279 of 2014 with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2021 to regularize his service as Forest Watcher on par with his junior Mr.P.Durairaj with effect from 24.01.1995 as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.279 of 2014 with all consequential benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2021 with effect from 24.01.1995 as per the order passed by the Court in W.P.No.279 of 2014 dated 09.01.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
