The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider her representation dated 07.04.2024 seeking grant of house site patta in respect of land with an extent of 0.00.82. Sq.meter in Survey No.421/6 at Booganahalli village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. According to the petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the above said land for more than 45 years by putting up superstructure thereon. Admittedly, the above said survey number is classified as "pathway" in the revenue records. The petitioner seeks re-classification of the same as a "natham" site and grant of patta in her favour. Since the petitioner seeks grant of patta in respect of the land which is classified as a pathway in the revenue records, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. 2/4
