2. Heard Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator.
3. Notice was directed to be issued to the respondents which came unserved for the reasons indicated in that and hence, the applicant was permitted to take notice through substituted service. An affidavit of service complying that the paper publication had been made by the applicant and the names of the respondents have also been printed in the cause list. In spite of service having been completed on them, they have neither appeared in person nor being represented by any counsel.

4. I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.
5. In fine, this Application is ordered and the respondents are directed to furnish the details of the affairs of the company and to deliver all the assets and books/ records of the subject company as required under Section 468 of the Companies Act, 1956 to the applicant within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
