Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the Respondent No.1 to Consider the petitioners Representation dated 22.02.2024, delivered to the Respondent No.1 on 23.02.2024 and issue a online patta in her favour for the land in Survey No.208/13 measuring about 0.28.0 Hectares (0.69 Acres) and Survey No.208/ 14 measuring about 0.51.0 Hectares (1.26 Acres) in all total a land measuring an extent of 1.95 Acres in Ayanattur Village, Ariyalur Taluk and district by virtue of the Conditional land assignment, dated 16.08.2019 within a time frame stipulated by this Honble Court and pass.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the aforementioned properties. She has applied patta for the same, through her representation dated 22.02.2024 with the first respondent. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in her name for the properties based on an assignment order dated 16.08.2019. Till date, the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024, seeking for issuance of patta has not been considered and hence, this writ petition has been filed. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the assignment order dated 16.08.2019 within in a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
